Design is about human needs and social behavior. Therefore it is about compromise, and it is about imperfection. There is no such thing as "perfect" design. That being said...

Why is there so much bad design out there??

This is a place to put pictures of all those weird design decisions that drive you batty...

There are certainly times when a designer forgot something important, or made a really weird compromise. Sometimes you see a designer try and reference a particular design "language" and get it completely wrong. Regulatory requirements are often a source of bad design decisions, as regulations are not always suited (by definition) to every eventuality and possibility.

This is the group to photograph your favorite examples of design gone wrong. This is not about "ugliness": bad design decisions can be beautiful too...
