14 Feb 09 - All postings here will follow the correct abbreviation used in text other then the addressing of U.S. Mail for Pennsylvania.
The two accepted forms are Pa. and Penna. This may seen unusual, but as a former editor at a major weekly U.S. news magazine I like to follow correct forms and since I administrate this group those style rules will apply here.
