Background
This group is meant to be a place where those of us who take cherished photos of women we care about can post them. It's where you needn't worry your prized photo of your daughter at her engagement party is placed between a set of breasts and a bimbo on South Beach.
Women have more than faces, more than body parts. They have lives, spirits, relationships. In this place, we care about those things. Most importantly, we care about photography/art.
Here, we celebrate women. No nudity, no ponography, no shots that would draw hoards of Flickr pervs. If you have, or see a shot that fits, and is of quality, send it here. (Quality here is subjective, but try to post your best work. No one views bad photos.)

Caveats
If you post a photo with nudity, or other non-conforming material, it will be removed, as will you. If you do it twice, you will be banned. If you post porn, you will be banned. You will not be warned about rules. They will simply be enforced.
What to Post Here
The lives, loves, & faces of women from the world over. The top 10% of this group should be appropriate to fill a publication celebrating women. Think respect, not leers. Think 'the first page of the photo album I want to show her mother.'
1. Work that depicts a woman's life as it is, as it should be... an archive of the best and worst of us. (Work about women and their place in the world.)
2. Portraits, candid or posed of women - that celebrates their beauty (model or grandma quality). (Women you know and love)
3. Positive images of women.
4. Although this isn't a portrait group, the MAIN subject should be a woman or a group of women. Photos of heterosexual couples aren't women.
5. Photos taken by You.
6. Though nudity is discouraged here, creativity is highly encouraged.
What NOT to Post Here
1. Nudes, porn, body parts. (No ho's, strippers, shawtys or nudes... they will be deleted without comment). The exception is from cultures where outdoor nudity is the norm.
2. Photos designed to appeal only to men who stalk Flickr for soft porn.
3. Stalkerazzi photos of women's butts and boobs in the street. Street shots are fine, as long as they conform to the group's guidelines... meaning there's more to the shots than a cute butt.
4. Photos of non-humans (statues, goddesses, animals, computer-generated women)
