About Irish National Parks

This is the first and so far ONLY group to be dedicated to the natural beauty of Ireland's National Parks. Below is the official list of National Parks in the Republic of Ireland.

Connemara National Park
Killarney National Park
Wicklow Mountains National Park
Glenveagh National Park
The Burren National Park
Ballycroy National Park

We also welcome photos from Northern Ireland as this is an "Island of Ireland" group and is in no way a political group. Political statements are not welcome unless they address relevant topics such as land access rights, etc.

In addition we also welcome photos from Irish Natural Heritage Areas (NHAs), Special Areas of Conservation (SACs), Special Protection Areas (SPAs) and Nature Reserves. A full list of these can be taken from the National Parks & Wildlife Service website below.

1) Only submit relevant photos.
2) Do NOT get political unless on relevant subject areas.
3) Be respectful when leaving comments.
4) If you see a photo you like, comment on it!
5) ... have FUN!
