About World Winter Transplant Games 2008 - Rovaniemi Finland

Photos from the 2008 World Winter Transplant Games in Rovaniemi Finland sponsored by the World Transplant Games Federation.

Please join and add photos from the competition, gatherings during the competition, opening ceremony or any of the fun times you and your family had while attending the games in Rovaniemi.

This event gives athletes who have had an organ transplant a chance to compete in an organised winter games, and brings together families and transplanted people from all over the world to share their stories and experiences and engage in spirited competition! The games also illustrate the importance of organ donation and the difference it makes in people's lives.
