About Photographic Impressionism (Seeing Creatively)
Think Freeman Patterson and Andre' Gallant.
Take your photos and their subjects beyond literal representation and make your photos more impressionistic. In other words learn to see Creatively.
There are many ways to convey what you see in an image, most of which means taking a photo at a different angle or using light in different ways, most of which represents the actually view in front of you, just in different ways. You may see a field full of flowers through the viewfinder but what do you actually see in your mind?
Different means of expressing yourself creatively include, but not limited to multiple exposures, camera movement, photo montages, and zoneplate photography.
Get out enjoy your surroundings and let us see what you see.
