About We want human rights, not the Olympics
In August, in Beijing, thousands of athletes will be running, jumping and swimming, for our entertainment.
In August, in Darfur, thousands will die due to the diplomatic cover that the Chinese government provides to the Sudanese government, and ultimately to the Janjaweed militia terrorizing innocent Darfurian civilians.
In August, in Tibet, thousands will be suppressed, persecuted and humiliated, because China's government is afraid of a free Tibet.
In August, all over China, people will be deprived of their basic rights due to the authoritarian nature of the regime.
Boycott the Olympics.
Don't watch it. Don't support it. Don't endorse it.

This campaign is not a forum for bashing the truly wonderful Chinese people and one of the most advanced and intriguing civilizations of the world. It is about seizing an opportunity to raise awareness of human rights abuses that are severe.
