About Become a Photojournalist
This group is open to anyone with an interest in photojournalism -- whether you want to become a photojournalist or whether you have been a professional photojournalist and want to share your experience with other.
Now that you have that digital camera and are shooting some great photos...it's time step it up a bit and start taking photos that can impact the world.
The purpose of this group is to:
-- discuss how amateurs can become photojournalists
-- share tips on how they got that particular shot
-- ask for feeback on news photos that were taken
-- point out places that are open to amateur photojournalists
-- discuss how to get paid for your shots
-- cover legal issues that every photojournalist must deal with
