About Tails Pet Magazine

Welcome to Tails Photo Group!

Tails Pet Media Group, Inc. produces regional pet magazines in 13 cities nationwide and we want to include photographs of YOUR pets in our magazines.

Our readers send us thousands of pictures annually and we want to recognize their artistry in the pages of the magazine, on our website, in our newsletter, and even on the cover!

We'll notify you if we're using your photo for the cover or in the context of an article, however we aren't able to send out notice for other smaller uses.


Here are the submission guidelines:


1. No cellphone photos please (they do not reproduce well)

2. Please do not upload more than 5 photos per day.

3. We may make minor adjustments (contrast, crop, brightness, color, etc.) as necessary to most photos.

4. We need a full name and a link to your Flickr account, website, or email for photo credit. Photo credit is only offered for photos appearing on the cover or in an article.

5. Photos will not be given a caption unless your pet appears on the cover of the magazine or if they are selected as the rescued pet of the month. (If your pet is a rescue, please tag it as rescued)

6. Photos must be 700px on their largest side.
