About Ohio River

A place to showcase photographs of the Ohio River, the animals that call it home, the towns on its banks, parks, boats, bridges.
At Approximately 981 miles long, flowing through or bordering 6 states, and its watershed encompassing 14 states, the Ohio River is the largest tributary to the Mississippi River. Beginning at Point State Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where the Allegheny and Monongahela rivers converge and flowing to its ends near the city of Cairo, Illinois where it empties into the Mississippi river.
Photo opportunities are sure to be abundant!
