Welcome! This group is for institutions with Flickr images of archival materials to share those images via the pool, and for archivists and anyone interested to discuss topics related to making these kinds of materials available in Flickr.
Please, only share images in the pool which are of archival materials. Don't share images that show exhibitions, special events, your staff, etc. Those images are great too, and I hope you share them over at the Archives & Archivists Group.
Hopefully we'll have some discussion soon about what kinds of tags people think are useful and some guidelines about metadata. But for now, just join up, share your images, and discuss!
