This is my 5 year old niece with leukemia. The sores are from all the chemicals and drugs that they pump in her body to treat it. Many find the effect rather harsh ... but then again, cancer is just that! So I guess the 300 effect did it's job on this one.

heres mine

i first used the preset in LR, messed around with saturations, contrast, sharpness, etc...then i moved it into PS, dup'ed the layer, gaus blur, with a hardlight layer blend.

This was shot towards the end of the game and Albert Haynesworth was trying to get off the field, as he was injured, and didn't make it so they called a time out. Keith Bulluck is checking on him. It was a hard fought game and this preset helped set the mood.
