01 Feb 10 - **ANNOUNCEMENT**The photo pool has recently been inundated with photos solely designed to showcase products available for purchase. I will be doing a purge of these photos soon, and photos of this nature that are posted in the future will be deleted as well. I mean no disrespect to the shop owners--they are lovely products! However, the purpose of this group is to showcase home improvement/decor projects people have completed within their own rented homes. Thanks for understanding!

About Temporary Apartment Decor & Improvements

Are your landlord's rules keeping you from having the apartment of your dreams? Or maybe you just don't want to invest the time and money on home improvements for a place that isn't even yours?

This group is to post photos of the temporary solutions you've come up with to give your apartment some life and functionality, from hanging fabric on walls you're not allowed to paint, to adding storage where there is none--all things that could be easily undone and/or removed when it's time to move out.
