About NED KELLY
This group is for any photo or artwork related to Ned Kelly, the 19th Century Australian armoured bushranger/outlaw/highwayman/bank robber/criminal/freedom fighter/larrikin/canned goods.
Tourist trap shots, artwork, historical pictures, pictures which
appear to be from the Point of View of inside Ned's helmet, humour, and so on. This is about Ned as a cultural phenomenon.
Try and keep it relatively clean though, as the kiddywinks may check this site out when they're doing school projects.
No matter what opinion you have about Ned and his exploits there's no doubting that he's become one of Oz's most recognisable icons, thanks to the home made armour he wore at the Siege Of Glenrowan where the Kelly Gang made its last stand.
Reckon it's about time he had his own Flickr group!
