About Secular Humanist Group
A god/God free area. A group for those who consider the words \'religious\' and even \'spiritual\' to be pornographic. Discussions about god/ him/ her or it are welcome as long as the participants are not 'going for a conversion'. A group for those who know that a moral state can be arrived at without moralising and without needing to believe in a \'higher being\'. A group that respects both the Mythos and Logos without having to imbue either with a dominance over the other. A group for those who do not need to hamstring their awe with something as reductive as a deity built in their own image so that they can explain it to themselves.
