About Manchester, Bolton and Bury Canal
This group is for anyone wishing to upload pictures of the MBB canal, which joins Bury, Bolton and Manchester (on the Salford side of the Irwell), and also Fletcher's Canal which joined to it at Clifton.
It would be great if you could put your photographs on the map, if not then don't worry about it.

The canal is currently undergoing restoration in Salford at Middlewood Locks, the opening ceremony was on September 19th 2008. See www.youtube.com/watch?v=_AztBBALUB0 for a video I shot of the opening.
