I think you just click on the photo you want to add, and then click on the tab that says, "Add to group", and then THIS group, The Adventurous Life of Mine, will show up, and you click on it. I thought it would be neat to have photos of all 5 members that really capture the essence of their persons. There's just 5 of us, all trustworthy, so you need not have any fear.
