The Rock Prophets will appeal to any who are rock enthusiasts, especially of the classic, melodic rock sound of the 1960\'s and 1970\'s. The Rock Prophets music ministry is based on the hope of reaching people for Jesus Christ and the band uses popular and secular music along side alternative Christian rock and praise and worship music.

The band, originally named Living Stones, started in 1999. They all came from different walks of life with the desire to share their talents for a much higher purpose. As Randy Harmon, drums, says, “It took me a while to figure out that I should be playing for the Lord and not for Budweiser.”

While the times, personnel, and the band\'s name have changed, their purpose has remained steadfast. The Rock Prophets love to perform and to tell the wonderful story of Jesus and His love. They are evangelical in their motives and seek to share the good news of Jesus through music and witness. The bands mission is to glorify God through skillful musicianship, anointed performance and heartfelt testimony by leading worship, evangelism and entertainment events to an ever-increasing audience.

The band plays for churches and other organizations that are seeking Christian entertainers and are available to visit your community.
