generic vandals/louts/townies/chav/thug/ hooligan/etc. create gorgeousness for the outsider. outsider art at an animalistic level.
Vandals create art brut through making a fucking mess of traditional public ideals of acceptability and beauty.
I would prefer less of the grafitti type vandalism cause i find that stuff extremely old-fashioned and suprisingly dull. so more of the physical damage type thing please.
