About 'Professional Child Photographers' Discussion Group

This group is for Professional Photographers who have a particular fondness for photographing children in all of their wonderful aspects. We invite *only* those Child Photographers who are willing to interact with the other members of the group.

This includes leaving comments on a regular basis (preferably upbeat, complimentary comments) on photos posted to the group. It also includes joining forum discussions and we highly encourage you to download the feed for this group.

We also highly encourage all members of this group to paste this Peer Award (along with their comments and critiques) into the comments left on their favorite photos in the pool:

Any member who does not actively participate in this group will receive a warning. If they still don't actively participate they will be banned from the group.

We understand that there are plenty of groups on FaceBook who deal with Child Photography. Hopefully this one brings a little more to the people who sign-up. Lots of comments.... not because you're forced to, but because you know how valued comments left on your own photos can be. We also encourage you to add those photos that you like to your favorites!

Folks, there is no reason to be stingy or pompous with your feedback to other members of the group. Remember that when somebody posts a photo, it is because they love it and think it's a great shot. Constructive criticism is great, but we encourage you not to leave negative comments to anyone. There is always *something* positive you can find in any photo.

Only members at a certain level in their photography of children will be allowed to join. It's not that we don't want everybody; it's that we want this group to remain highly friendly and interactive.
