About Circle of Wine Writers

The Circle of Wine Writers is an association of authors, broadcasters, journalists, photographers nad lecturers who are professionally engaged in communicating about wine and spirits. It was founded in 1960 by the late Cyril Ray and now has some 285 members worldwide. This group offers members an opportunity to post and view photos taken at Circle events and on the increasing number of visits to wine regions around the world that the Circle organises.
