Please, consider also the pictures you don't like with constructive criticism, everybody needs to learn
Comment in the photostreams of the members, not only in the pool, if you want the others do the same with you.
This way you can receive lots of comments, improve your pictures, make new friends, discover great pictures and photographers, inspire yourself... and it's free!!! :-)
You can post only 2 pictures per day, but as soon as the group grows, this limit will be restricted to 3 pictures per member, since your photostream will be widely explored by other members.
Feel free to delete your pictures from the pool if you replace those with better ones.

And don't forget to invite friends!!!
As soon as you will join you will be promoted as moderators of the group
