About Connection

There are so many ways to travel around Flickr and so many ways to link to different things in Flickr that I wanted to make a group to showcase that.

This group is for those connections.

The types of connections I'm interested in are when two or more people have taken a picture of the same (or similar) person, place, or thing, or just have some reason to connect two photos. For example: A photo of Emerald Bay, a photo of a fountain, or some chairs (scroll up to see the last two). Or, serendipitously, if the moment has been captured, you can have something like this or this.

These are the kinds of connections that can make Flick more interesting.

How to do it:
If want to connect a photo to another, post a small version of it as a comment to the original, as the examples above are done.

If you\'ve connected one of your photos to another photo you can post it to the pool. You can add a comment to your own photos with a connected photo. Photos posted to the pool with no connected photo in their comments will be removed.

Some connections could lead in circles, others in lines, others in bigger circles.

This is going to need to get some kinks worked out but let\'s get started and see what happens. We can discuss it in the forum and try to work up a good set of rules/guidelines.
