About New Jersey Meadowlands
New Jersey Meadowlands
A notorious patch of marshy land just outside New York City, crisscrossed by some of the country's busiest highways, ravaged by pollution of surrounding heavy industries, once a dumping ground for the waste management companies and yet, there's a little known wildlife management area carved out of the sea of marsh, mud and hills of old garbage. Along the trails, towered by tall high voltage towers, deafened by the constant roar of Newark airport traffic ..... there is wildlife! Thriving and minding it's own business.
