09 Aug 09 - This group was founded on the idea of having monthly meetups at a variety of dog friendly places. I have found that I simply do not have the time to organize. I am looking to promote 2 people to moderators who are willing to take on the task of planning meetups.

If someone doesn't step-up i will probably shut the group down, because I hate that it has just become a photo-dump instead of a community. Anyone interested in being a meetup organizer, please flickrmail me.

About Seattle Flickr Dogs

A gathering place for Seattle-based dogs and dog-owners.

Home of the Seattle Flickr-Dog Meetups. Typically a gathering of photographers and dogs at a local dog park (or occasionally an event or a 'studio') on the first Sunday of each month.

Join in the fun if you are :
1) owned by dog(s) (or) own dog(s)
AND you
2) live in the Seattle area.

A note on posting: The limit is set failry high to allow for meetup pictures to be posted at will... please don't abuse this by posting 50 non-meetup shots of the same dog in the same pose. We would like the pool to be as diverse as possible, and a joy to browse through. Thanks!
