About The Best Young Photographers on Flickr

I'm tired of seeing groups for teenagers/young adults, where only half (or less) of them are actually "real" photographers and make REAL art..... So I created this one. I don't actually consider myself one of the best young photographers on flickr, but I thought that this group was necessary. :-))

Rules/Qualifications:
1. You must be under 25 years of age at the time admitted to the group.
2. Your stream must display your ability to be diverse in your art form (photography)
(I will add more specifications to this part later)

When you apply to the group we will take a maximum of a week to look at your work and see if we think you are "qualified". If so, you'll be accepted, if not, don't be discouraged, and try applying again in several months.
