About 52 Week Project " IL MURAGLIONE"
52 Weeks Project by “Il Muraglione”
This project was born to share a yearly experience, based on photography in each of its faces. Each week (usually on Tuesdays) we will be going to analyze the pictures of the members of the project which will be following the themes suggested by the admins/mods.
How does it work?
- Everybody can join the project. You can use every gear you wnat (digital, analog, phone…)
- The project runs thru the 52 weeks of the year 2012.
- Themes will be posted into groups of 4 weeks each time (week 0 = themes from 1 to 4, week 3 = themes from 5 to 8, and so on…)
- You can post only 1 picture each week and you HAVE TO BE THE OWNER.
- All Sundays are part of two weeks at the same time.
- If you join the project after week 2, you won’t have “catch-up” you will be posting pictures from the week you join onwards.
- Each Tuesday mods and admins choose 1 winning picture and it will be awarded with the “Golden 52”. Winners will be linked on Facebook (see below for links) and Muraglione’s website.
- You have the full responsability of what you post. So no nudity and porn. BTW mods and admins will be watching you 24/7 and any potentially offensive content will be blocked and you will get a private message to warn you at the speed of light.
- It would be SO NICE if you use the map….
Who are/What is “Muraglione-photo-team”
“Il Muraglione” is an artistic club born in Modena (Italy) in 1964, open to people who want to share their passion for arts, painting and sculpting above all. Only in 2011 a couple (4) of guys decide to open the photograpic section of the club. Within some months from 4 we become 14 as we are now.
Everybody is free to propose ideas, projects and to share know-how. The team bases its life on “nobody is the boss, everybody is the boss”.
All works and projects are developed together, both indoor (every Tuesday at 8:30 PM GMT +1) and outdoor. If you wanna join us or meet us you need nothing but a camera and a lot of passion.
