...oh and there's this interesting (yes it really is...) discussion from Flickr Central some time ago regarding the pros and cons of the Creative Commons License that is worth a scan if you have nothing better to do with your life. :)

Bumpetty bump - more links added specifically pertaining to digital photography costs, an additional site on terminology, and new sections on the use of Watermarks and ICC or colour profiling, to help you get the colours you want off your camera/computer monitor and onto the image you want everyone else to see...
There's even a sample licensing agreement...

I've added a link for the blogsite 'Plagiarism Today' - a site new to me, but it seems, well established.

Struggling to get this accepted in the top, for reasons I am unable to ascertain just now. Will remedy as soon as I've the time to spend with it.
Photographers Rights. Previously known as 'No More Free Phots on Flickr', this is a bigger and somewhat more strident group than ours, but if you want to get more *directly* involved you should take a look. :)

Well, I made you a moderator of Photographer's Rights so, keep the credit and post the link yourself or cut and paste into a new thread on Photographer's Rights... :-)
It would be great to have you on board, with your militant tendencies and all...

@ ...Steve: Ooh the power!!!
That's very um....kind/brave/stupid/reckless* delete as appropriate of you..... ;)
I'm chewing on that one for a bit for various reasons, mostly to do with the amount of time I'm trying NOT to spend on flickr, but I'll certainly do something about the links some time very soon. :)
For everyone else - I've rationalised the FAQ Threads to make accessing specific information a little easier. This was the original 'single' thread and I've kept the commentary underneath as it pertained to the original, for posterity.
I've amended the banner headline in the group, to enable people to be directed directly to what they want to find out. As before, please feel free to let me know if links die/don't work, sites have some informational glitch we should know about or you have found a site we really should let others know about. Please let me know under ANY of the relevant FAQ Threads or flickr mail me if you prefer..
I Thankyou. :)
