ADJUSTING CATAGORIES AND WEIGHTS: Advanced users who are comfortable doing so may may alter, add to, or delete, at their own discression, the breakdown of the indicated categories and the weight given to each, for any particular photo. Just ensure the total of the categories remains 100.

BEST VIEWING on flickr is with the Slideshow (ensuring Embiggen is off) or the Lightbox. Use of a calibrated monitor is recommended.

This photo struck me as very funny. It was very original. I never saw a thingamajig combined with a whoseewhatsits before. The composition was inclusive and without distracting elements. My eye followed the thing and went right to the place. The lighting was dramatic, but the round part was a little dark. Another light or a reflector would have helped. The colors were vibrant, but a little oversaturated in post processing.
