09 Mar 08 - We have had a couple of single shots posted. The essence of this group is comparison, so at least two shots at a time is a minimum.

Also, a bit of variety is a good thing. Endless photos of a single scene, with little variation will be removed from the pool. The essence is difference.

About Same Place - Different Time, Different Light

We all have our favourite places - scenes we return to many times. As photographers we know how light changes a scene.

This group is for shots of the same scene, from the same (approximate) point of view. The temporal separation can be minutes, hours, days or years. The essence is light, and what it shows or conceals.

When you upload, do not assume memory. Upload in tandem - before and after, or whatever appropriate connection. If the "before" is already in the group add a thumbnail or a link.

Light is all. Celebrate!!!!
