Not sure if 3pm is a little late if we're going to be taking pictures but I should be free that day.
Also just wanted to clarify when you said "We don't care who you are, where are you from, which equipment you are using" you forgot to add "as long as it's not Nikon"!
I was also out today, first weekend of decent weather in a while. Will post when film gets developed.

I wasn't joking. I think the abandoned buildings would make a great backdrop for a model shoot but without any human interest I think the shots may end up a bit boring. Of course, maybe that's because I don't have the creativity that some of you possess!

Good idea. That used to be an old factory area. Art district showing varied artworks, fantastic place. But for the abandoned houses, I didn't find any path to the abandoned house( I mean the house beside the Suzhou River) I really want to go there, but couldn't find the way. Anyone knows how to get there : -)

Yesterday I passed by the Suzhou River. I think I kinda find out how to get to the abandoned houses. I have been expacting visit there for quite a long time. On National Holiday, I can join your meetup. For 14 Oct, not sure yet. Would consider to apply for a day off.

If we move to Sunday there will also be people who can't make it, you'll never get everyone. Personally, I think it's better to pick a date which we have done, and stick to it.
But if it changes to Sunday, I should still be okay.

If you want to go directly, this might be helpful for a taxi driver: 莫干山路和昌化路交接。天目西路很近。Can speak: qǐng sòng wǒ qù mò gàn shān lù hé chāng huà lù jiāo jiē. tiān mù lù xī lù. Please take me to the intersection of moganshan lu and chang hua lu. It's very close to west tianmu lu.

Firstly, Welcome all the flickrs in Shanghai take part in our 4th meetup! But there's always a rule, that's we usually just accept ppl who has a camera and be interested in taking pics. ^^

Isn't it Sheng Jian Bao? Basically dough on the outside, fried on the bottom till it's brown and pork meatball inside. I prefer Xiao Long Bao which has a thinner dough which allows me to eat more!

@Rain and Peter, yeah, that's exactly what I mean. The sheng jian bao there is really delicious! ^^ Peter, I like xiao long too! But it's hard to tell which one between them I like better.
@GG69, hehe,sorry, yeah, we stick to the time and venue still. :P Why can't you bring your camera? C'mon, it's a FLICKR meetup, if you don't bring the camera, then who knows that your a FLICKR?

my show is at the pottery workshop , 2nd floor of 220 Taikang Lu, 14th to 31st October, opening 5pm to 7pm, but isn't up to much, rather boring, just drawings on porelain. Shame I can't stay for the full day.
