Should Sex determination of fetuses be legalized in India?

This guy has blogged about why he thinks sex determination should be legal, as should abortion. I confess not having net time to read it today but post the link here. Feel free to reply to the writer on his blogsite.

He is trying to portray it as the same thing as the right to abortion -- and it is not. The right to abortion is about a woman's choice. And repeatedly in India you hear stories of women being forced to undergo abortions by their husbands and inlaws (like a gang) -- and repeated abortions at that. Such that it causes a total breakdown in the woman's health.
