About Pass-around painting Picassos!

Ok, so a bunch of us here love to paint and create art work. Melanie and I had a short discussion a while ago about collaborating on a painting. I was thinking it would be even MORE fun to get a bunch of people going on it.

I prefer not to have a ton of rules in groups, so lets try and keep it to a minimum. Here are some details....

I'll start w/ a 16 x 20 canvas. I'll paint a little on it and send it to someone in the group (*note that the shipping on this will be at least $10, so if you are not cool w/ that, then don't do it).

Next that person will draw, paint, collage, whatever.

We'll all take and post pics of the canvas as it travels around. The more pics of you, your friends, your kids, etc. working on it, the better!! :)

Subject matter: open
Medium: open
colors, etc: open
(basically, do whatever the heck you want!)

if we want to add details later we can. i think this will be a ton of fun. what will we do w/ it when we're finished? who cares!! maybe we can auction it off somewhere or something. or give it to a charity. or have a drawing. we'll figure that out later.

invite anyone who might be interested....i don't want ot exclude anyone!!
