Click Art Award 2007

the purpose: to bring together artists from a mixture of religious and cultural backgrounds, giving an opportunity, a platform, for all to express their vision for peace. We want to provide this chance for sharing our intuition and understanding on this crucial theme, realised through the visual arts, which have so much influence on modern culture. this is a great opportunity to lift imagination and understanding of this topic to a new level, to unite and inspire, to click!

All artists who share an interest are invited to participate in this competition by sending in/delivering your vision, your understanding of how we can appreciate each other through your artwork/photography.

The Click Art Award 2007 will be held in conjunction with the Global Peace Festival that will take place on the 9th of September at Imperial College. There some of the best works submitted will be displayed in the exhibition. All are welcomed to come to the click Art Award 2007 Exhibition(free admission for the exhibition).

More Info (Terms and Conditions):
// The deadline to submit your work is 6th of September 2007(Thursday), the work must arrive by 6th morning if you are sending in your work
// Size limit for the work is A0 (twice the size of A1) if you are a sculptor, only photographs of your work may be submitted, i.e. no 3D work
// Some of the best art works will be exhibitted during the Global Peace Festival that will take place in Imperial college, University of London on the 9th of September 2007.
// Entry fee for the competition is £5.00 payable to YFWPU (Youth Federation for World Peace and Unification) by cheques,

// Participants must be over the age of 15
// Short description of the work must be submitted with all works of art
// We can not take responsibility for collection or returning of art work. all participants must organise collection of their work.
// Don't forget there are prizes to be won - 1st prize $1000 - 2nd prize iPod Nano (4G) and more more! The prizes for the competition will be announced and given on the 9th of September during the actual event of the Global Peace Festival.
