About photos pour l'école / photos for school
Creative Commons licensed photos for use at school and in other cases.
Photos may be used in class, school newspaper, or school website or in other projects requiring the free distribution of documents.
Do not forget to tag your pictures with effective keywords to make the search easier.
Group rules:
The photos posted in this group should:
- be under Creative Commons license (there are 6 types of Creative Commons License, it is up to the owners of the photos to choose the best License for them. More informations available here : creativecommons.org/about/licenses/meet-the-licenses ),
- must not been watermarked,
- mention the place where they have been taken (geotagged would be better even more), give indications about their nature (animal, insect, nature,...),
- be addressed to a young public and do not comprise any photo of nude (even artistic), any obscenity, and no racist or provocative character.
- must naturally be original productions and not be of any illegal nature.
- respect the legislation in Right of the Image. It means, that the group will not accept photos containing recognizable persons or objects, for whom the aforementioned persons, the owners or the assignees (beneficiaries) might lodge a complaint and assert their rights. Thus, to summarize, no face, no artistic work (except those entered in the public domain) , no recognizable private building, no trademark or object subjected to Copyright. Legislations being different from a country in the other one, we decided to apply, in what concerns us, the regulatory measures of France. This does not prevent you from respecting your own national legislation.
The photos are subjected to moderation, the moderators of the group reserving the right to refuse any image not corresponding to rules defined above.
The users, as for them, owe respect and make respect the terms of the license chosen by the authors.
The administrator and the regulators of the group will not be able to in no case to be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the images available in this group.
