About new rules in bright eyes & big smiles

This is not actually a group to join and I will quit the group once I have gotten the message out to every member of "BRIGHT EYES & BIG SMILES" if you are not a member of this group,I appologize for the mix up and please disregard thid email., But this is a great way to get the message out to every one in the group with out writing over 400 e mails or even copy and pasting but still sending so many e mails. First of all some of you have been great about commenting and even doing more than what is asked!! That does not go un noticed nor unappreciated!! I really wish every member could be like those dedicated participants in the group,Unfortunatly there are a few bad seeds,and I have sent emails,to some of them and all new members get a welcome e mail from me that also describes some of the rules in the group.And you do agree to the rules before actually becoming a member. Unfortunatley this has been going on for awhile,but in my absence due to a very mean cold my daughter brought home from nursery school,and both of us are suffering from,some members have looked at this as a window of oppurtunity to post and run even more!!
I do appologize for my absence and hope to be back full time very soon,and I will pick right up where I left off,as I have noticed some GREAT photos added to the pool!! I also apologize to the new members,who do not know how I am ussually very involved in the group!!
But due to alot of emails I have been recieving about some members,I have been forced to make some changes in the group rules.So every one in the group needs to reread the rules.I also posted a new discussion topic about how I feel about this,but it only takes a few bad seeds to ruin it for the bunch!! I understand that some people will feel it is unfair to comment on the photo to your right,but this is how it has to be done until I have eliminated the members who refuse to cooperate!! But that is also why you are not limited to the photo to your right,you can give out as many awards in the pool as you wish to other members (and I love the members who already do this!!)But honestly it shouldnt be hard because this group is about BRIGHT EYES & BIG SMILES.So if it is neccesary to look beyond the quality of the photo (as all of us are not pros) and look at the child in the image,you should be able to see ONE of the THREE AWARDS in that childs face!! And to make it easier for every one,please post photos of a child with a smile,bright eyes or both!! And of course we love those baby's first grins too!! But please stick to the theme or your photo will be removed. I really wanted to run a "PREASURE FREE" and "FUN" group and I still do!! So.....Please bare with me!! Just read the new rules and the topic I posted. I also put easy to follow instructions with the awards on the home page,as I realize not all of you know how to post the awards.And if there is a language barrier,please tell me what language you speak and I will translate for you!! I hope all of you understand and stick with the group and keep it fun!! And when I feel we have reached a point of all members participating,maybe we can go back to the old way.But for now I need to see a comment on every photo from the person on the left. You can still post 3 photos at a time and just comment on the persons photo to the right of your 3 photos!!
