28 Mar 11 - I am going to concentrate exclusively on original hand drawn or painted cards in this particular group. There are too many cards that are currently being submitted with excessive collage elements that only have a small amount of original work with traditional materials. If you do not see your card posted after submitting, it just means that it does not fit the traditional, hand drawn/painted criteria for this atc collection.
