I also found this one on how to frame flowers... haven't tried it, but it looks fairly easy...

I have just tried the first tutorial listed for Paint shop pro. Very good, but 1 bit of advice; in order to create the frame merge and contract by more than 8 pixels; I have a 9mp camera, and it took me far too long to realise why it wasn't doing what I wanted it to till I trebled it!

Another advice:
depending on what version of PSP you're using, the tools may work differently from what is said in the tutorial.
