Welcome to 3 on 1. Helping Us All Take Better Pictures!!

Post a picture. Give constructive praise and/or criticism (constructive being the key to this group) to the last picture posted (to the right). By all means, please comment on as many as you'd like, but 3 sentences minimum on the previous shot is required . The ideal is to help other flickr users to improve their shots and hear what works best in their shots.

Don't worry if your not a 'pro' Just remember to comment on what is nice about the shot and why, as well as what could be improved and how you suggest it be done (if you know how).

Please DO NOT comment "Nice shot. It's good. I like it." That defeats the point of helping the other photographers.
