About 3 Megapixels
The purpose here is show interesting images produced using a digital camera with 3 megapixels-or-less? Many of these cameras are not feature rich, they have poor processors, and their images often show pixelation. And while you may not have much control of the camera's innate ability, you do still have your creative control.
How many megapixels do you need to take a great photograph? If you answered five, seven, eight, twelve, or more, then this is not your group.
What can you do with your low-rez camera? Show the world your skillz and creativity.
