The rules are simple: First try with your eyes close.
When you decide you’re a scanner photo Pro and you want to open your eyes, never, ever follow the light. Look at the infinite and let the light pass under your eyes.

To stretch your face: move along with the light.
To shrink your face: move against the light.

You will not get dry skin nor you will look like a guineapig from a scientific project that went wrong. I’m still alive and not green, red nor with strange colours. See the result on my photostream .
