Yoga can be used as therapy, just as eating right and any form of exercise can do. For me personally, it helps with depression, anxiety, and anger problems. It also helps to bring more inner-peace. However, there are many things that yoga can do, and even more that it can do when the yogi also adopts a healthy lifestyle overall, especially when on a plant based healthy diet.
