02 Feb 12 - Wow, you've been busy! Thanks to everyone who's posted photos so far — they're great, and it's especially cool to see what people have made with disposable cameras. :)

A few of you have asked about making this into an ongoing project: I say let's do it. I'll keep posting if you do!
And spread the word among your friends — it's always exciting to see shots from new folks.

Keep shooting, and don't forget to check out everyone else's photos too!

About 36 exposures, 1 roll, 24 hours

IT'S SIMPLE:
Shoot 36 exposures, on 1 roll of 35mm film*, in one 24-hr. period.
Get 'em developed and scanned, and post the results here.
Tag them 36-1-24 so others can find them.

There's no specific timeframe for this (i.e. "January 3rd, 2010") -- do it whenever you like, so long as you limit it to a 24-hour shooting period.

THE RULES:
1. It's gotta be film, not digital. Use any type of film you like.
2. No post-processing, and try to keep flash, etc. minimal. This is about composition and subject, not perfection.
3. You gotta shoot 1 full roll, no more and no less.
4. You gotta post them all. No outtakes.
5. You gotta have fun! :)

You can do this with any analog gear you like, but for those with limited gear or no analog experience, the easiest way is to buy a cheap point-and-shoot at the drugstore and return it there for processing and scanning to CD.

Ready ... set ... GO!

---

Thinking about using medium-format gear? Go for it! Just be sure to shoot 35 exposures, and post 'em all, same as everyone else. :)
