Well known because of the Olympics, Lillehammer is a small town with a population of 25,000 people. The city lies at the northern end of Norway’s biggest lake, Mjøsa at a distance of 160 km from Oslo. It is surrounded by farms, forests and small settlements. The intimate and cosy main walking street, “Storgata”, has well preserved wooden buildings and is located in the heart of Lillehammer.
