"...I see it in my life. As things fall away...as I let them go. tiny things are richer. the beautiful heat of water when I'm cold. steam rising from a cup. the pattern of heat in liquid warming on a stove. The greeting of my dog. the laughter of a friend.
There's time for all of this now. Time I never had before.
I am blessed."

Aging. A process we're all involved in at every moment of our lives. Not good...not bad. I wish to look at my own life process from all angles - the joy and the pain. Especially the aspects most difficult to face. I invite all who stumble upon this group to join in with your own journey. Welcome!
