Group Pool 466 items | Only members can add to the pool. Join?

I changed a bit the group settings, now that Flickr added the group rules features.
- Joining is opened to everyone, since you can see and have to accept the rules before you join
- When removing images from the group, I will no longer add the weird tag to them, it was too much trouble for everyone.
- I remove the ugly (read the rules) from the title.
