About Iron Man - The Armoury
Welcome to the armoury of the inevitable, unstoppable, Invincible Iron Man!
The Marvel Comics character affectionately known to millions of illustrated magazine, animated and soon live action movie fans as 'Ol Shellhead!
This group was established thanks to a substantial philanthropic donation from the Maria Stark Memorial Foundation. Thereafter maintained as an overflow repository, museum and tax haven dedicated to housing and showcasing billionaire industrialist Tony Stark's formidable array of terrific, transistorised tin plated tuxedos.
All donations to this group of a million dollars or more are Tax Deductable, though be aware that Mr Stark's accounting division will insist on seeing receipts. And since Mr Rhodes took over the Collections department of Stark international they can insist pretty hardcore.
Formal evening wear is not required and you MAY retain your briefcases. If the metal detectors overload as you pass through the door you've probably come to the right place.
As you enter, please present your Superhero Registration, Avengers Membership, Fortune 500, Illuminati, SHIELD (I'm an Agent of a covert organisation, ask me how!), Playboy Club, or Alcoholics Anonymous cards.
The Armoury may possibly attract Junior Capes so it's best if you keep overly salacious pictures for the private members bar, which is, unfortunately closed for renovations and on account of someone drank it dry.
Besides, Tony hates that kind of Tabloid Journalism!
