About Vintage Vehicles

RULE:
Only photos of vehicles built before the end of 1930 are accepted.

ABOUT VINTAGE VEHICLES:
One cannot understand Vintage Vehicles, without knowing the earlier cars.

The manufacturers of the Veteran era (up to 1904) were making just motorized vehicles. In the so-called Edwardian decade (1905-15), the cars became more reliable and expensive. However, luxury cars provided not much performance, and vice versa. Cheap motorcars offered neither.

In the Vintage decade (1920-30) the luxury car became faster, the fast car became more luxurious and the cheap car was very much improved.

These influences make vintage cars so fascinating and enjoyable.

It is the aim of this group to provide this joy to the viewer with photos of Vehicles from the Veteran Era, Edwardian Decade and Vintage Decade.
