16 Jan 08 - The original aim was for photographers in the Teesside/Cleveland area to stay awake for 24 photographing 26 different subjects representing the alphabet. This can now just be done in a 24 hour period.
I have made a list below of the 26 different things to photograph.
All must be done in a 24 hour period. The first within 30 minutes of waking up the last within 30 minutes of bed.
You can do this on whatever date you please, and as many times as you like. Just post the pictures!

About 24 hours of the Flickr Alphabet
The original groups aim was for photographers in the Teesside/Cleveland area is to stay awake for 24 hours photographing 26 different subjects (you can shoot more) representing each letter of the alphabet.
I have made a list below of the alphabet and the 26 different things to photograph.
All must be done in a 24 hour period. The first within 30 minutes of waking up the last within 30 minutes of going to bed.
The staying awake for 24 hours was more of a personal challenge to me, if you feel comfortable doing it with sleep. Go for it, just post the results on here.
Just make sure that they are all taken within a 24 hours timescale!!
This is your challenge should you choose to accept it.
Then post all your pictures in this groups pool!

Animals (more than 1)
Benches
Church (any church)
Drinks (any drink that you had today)
Errington Woods (a shot from in Errington woods)
Furniture (abandoned)
Guisborough Priory
Huntcliffe
Industry
Jumping (picture of you jumping)
Kiltonthorpe (a picture from this area)
Lunch (your lunch)
Moon (either during the day or on the night)
Night photo (picture taken during the hours of darkness)
Overused (Anything that in your eyes is overused)
Paddy’s Hole (picture from down in Paddy’s hole, South Gare)
Quiet (peace and quite, a nice serene picture)
Redcar Beach (Anywhere on Redcar Beach)
Saltburn Pier
Train (Any train)
Underground/Under a bridge
Viaduct (any viaduct, Saltburn being the most popular)
Waterfall (Any waterfall in the Area)
Xpanse (expanse of anything as far at the eye can see, suggest: Beach or Moorland)
Yourself (Picture of yourself)
Zzzzzz (Sleep… Finally!)
Who will join me in this uniqute quest??
You can do it whatever day you want though
