Yes, you can upload your images. I have set the limit to 10 images a day, because I know it's very difficult at times to comment on 10 images posted by others and I dislike folks that upload and run without making comments. There is no requirement to comment. I don't like those places where you have to leave two comments for every picture because generally I'm the only one that follows the rules.
FlickR also penalizes those images that are in too many groups and in groups meant to get a lot of comments. Yes they do.

The usual prohibitions apply. No nudes.
If you are a drop dead gorgeous female who has to show her nude body then FlickR Mail me the pictures.
I need to see them, because that is good for my heart.
If you are a male, then get t a job or a hobby or something but don't bother me with your "little" ones.

No gory stuff. I'm sensitive.

Since people never read the rules anyway ( I never do) I am keeping it simple and straight forward.

Mostly I want to discuss pictures. Taking them, processing them and so on.
